Q: What's so special about your T-Shirts?
A: Wicky Tees funny graphic t-shirt designs are used with high quality silk-screen printing process so the design itself can be washed many times without cracking up.
Q: I'm an aspiring artist/designer, can I submit my design?
A: Yes you can! We welcome all designers to submit creative artwork to us. Please follow below guidelines:
1. All designs must be original, creative, and suitable in the "Graphic Tees" category.
2. All artwork must be in vector format.
3. You can submit your design in JPEG to email@example.com. We will have our designer team to review the artwork. If approved, we will notify you via email and then you can start post your design on Wicky Tees Facebook fan page.
4. You can promote your design however you like. As long as if there are enough "Likes" and "Comments" from your post on our fan page. We will ask you for your vector file and start printing.
5. The voting period lasts for 30 days.
6. The artist with the most votes will receive $70 cash and be asked for their artwork in vector format. We will pay the winner via PayPal.
7. The artist has the freedom to design anything as long as it's the original artwork, never been published and does not contain profanity, trademarks, logos and copyrighted works or intellectual property of any 3rd parties.
8. Once the design has been chosen for printing. The rights and ownership of the design will be belong to Wicky Tees.
Q: What payment methods does WickyTees.com accept?
A: WickyTees.com accepts all major credit cards via Paypal and/or regular credit card gateway (Authorize.net) for security reason: To pay Visa, Mastercard, and Discover via Paypal, you do not need to have an account with Paypal. Once the payment is received, we will process and ship out your order.
Q: Your shopping cart won't process my order even with all the correct information. What should I do?
A: Make sure that you have enough funds/credit limit in your account before placing an order. Also, try contacting your credit card bank and verify that the address they have on file is correct. For your own safety, our check-out system requires a positive AVS match for the order to go through. AVS matches the billing address provided by the cardholder with the billing address on file with the bank that issued the card. If the AVS does not get a match, then the order will be rejected. This helps prevent unauthorized use of your credit card.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Customers are NOT charged sales tax unless the order is shipped to an address in California. Residents outside of the USA must determine and pay any tax charged by customs. WickyTees.com does not collect or determine customs tax/duties, and it is the responsibility of the customer.
Q: How come there's not much color selection?
A: We pick the best color of the tee shirt that best fits to the design. Therefore, most designs you see have the option of only 1 color.
Q: Why is your item out of stock?
A: We get our items from different distributors. Some will have new items every season and some will print them all year-round. So once the item is gone, you won't be able to choose or select color, size, and quanity. We will always best our best to re-stock more items for our customers.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Wicky Tees does accept returns and we allow exchanges as well. Since customer satisfaction is our top-most priority, we offers 15-Day within delivery for exchange as long as the item is returned within 15 days from the date the item is received. Customers can only exchange for the same item purchased with different sizes and are subject to pay for shipping fees (So make sure you choose correct size of shirt! ^__^). Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and damage-free condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item back to WickyTees.com. Please take note that we are located in El Monte, California. We recommend that customers use traceable services when returning items. We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier used to return the item. For more information on return & exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do you guys make all the designs?
A: No we don't make all the designs. Some designs are from our distributors, but we do have an in-house designer team who also contributes to most of the t-shirt graphic designs.
Q: Do your t-shirts shrink?
A: All tee shirts are pre-shrunk but most cotton shirts will shrink so please do expect a little shrinkage after wash it just won't shrink as much as non pre-shrunk tee shirts. Please use cold or light warm water and turn the tee shirts inside out and use low tumble dry. Hand-wash and hang-dry is the most recommended method.
Q: I can't make any selection on the product?
A: If you can't choose any selection on a specific product, it most likely that product is out of stock.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Yes, we do accept PayPal as we want to have the most convenient way for our customers.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do.
